We are looking for Network Growth Business Analyst II to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH (Hybrid – 1 day a week in office).

Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time/Permanent basis for any employer without restriction. Visa Sponsorships or Transfers WILL NOT be provided for this position. If you are currently on a Visa we CANNOT support it.

The Network Growth Business Analyst II will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to support strategic decision-making and enhance business processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive improvements internally with our financial products and services. The individual must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time. 

How you’ll contribute:

  • Perform statistical analysis on large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, insights, and summarizing key findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize statistical models and tools to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead analysis modeling projects, trainings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Paymode-X Business Solutions teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement optimized processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reporting systems.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and drive enhancements to our products and systems.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, requirements, and analysis.
  • Driving efficiency and consistency across internal reporting. Research best practices, provides recommendations for the business operations and support developing the solutions.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you!

  • 3-5 years of experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, PowerBI, PowerQuery, etc. (Excel and PowerBI are Required)
  • Proficiency in database technologies: Familiarity with database design principles and normalization. Experience with popular relational database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst; strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and independently manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong team player who is a self-starter and highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or related field
