About the Role

This role focuses on improving productivity and scalability across Operations by strengthening tools, systems, and processes. You will help build, optimize, and scale operational frameworks that support growing business needs, reduce manual effort, and enable teams to work more efficiently. Working closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and external vendors, you will play a key role in ensuring our operational tools and workflows are reliable, scalable, and fit for long-term growth.

What You Will Do

  • Drive operational excellence by improving productivity and scalability across Operations through operational optimization, automation, and tooling.
  • Own the reliability, scalability, and maintenance of operational systems (e.g. CRM, automation tools, internal platforms), ensuring they continue to support business growth over time.
  • Support change management and optimization of existing systems and workflows, including enhancements to current setups and support for new implementations.
  • Act as an automation and AI enabler by identifying and implementing automation and AI use cases across operational processes to improve scalability, throughput, and consistency.
  • Working closely with Operations, Product Managers, Engineering, and vendors to build scalable operational frameworks and solutions.
  • Project manage innovation and improvement initiatives end-to-end, including planning, prioritization, coordination, testing, rollout, adoption, and tracking measurable impact.
  • Establish scalable documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to ensure operational consistency and resilience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Able to communicate fluently in English, and it will a great plus if also fluent in Mandarin 
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with productivity solutions, automation tools, or AI-related initiatives.
  • Competency in process design, with a strong understanding of how tools, workflows, and processes support scalability, not just day-to-day execution.
  • Strong project management capability, including managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, status updates, and stakeholder expectations across initiatives.
  • Able to operate in fast-paced environments where systems and processes are continuously evolving.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and improve complex operational processes.
