Operation Manager

Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

Perfect for those who aim to:

• Act as the central orchestrator for regional initiatives, managing task mapping, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Lead the regional design workflow by managing and prioritizing creative requests from CRM, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality output without bottlenecks.

• Own and maintain the regional Confluence space, documenting processes, project post-mortems, and operational playbooks.

• Serve as the right hand to the Head, facilitating communication with external partners and global teams to align regional needs with global standards.

• Identify operational inefficiencies between departments and implement scalable solutions to improve cross-functional collaboration and delivery.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management;

• Background in iGaming, Fintech, or a fast-paced tech environment;

• Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence (ability to build workflows and documentation);

• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Design, Marketing);

• Strong prioritization and resource management skills;

• Experience using prioritization frameworks (e.g., Eisenhower Matrix, ICE) is a plus;

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;

• Professional English (Spanish will be a strong advantage);

• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed (occasional evening or weekend coordination).
