Description
Captivation Software is looking for a mid level outreach coordinator who will be assisting with daily responsibilities.
Requirements
Security Clearance:
- Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum Qualifications:
- Eight (8) years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- One (1) year experience providing customer support, including coordinating and orchestrating customer relations, program meetings, and knowledge of query syntax, data flows, and traffic manipulation.
- One (1) year combined experience in using word processing/desktop publishing, spreadsheets and graphic presentation programs.
Required Skills:
- Ability to understand analytics, systems and data flow
- Must have experience providing customer support

Benefits
- Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
