The role

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Paid Social Manager to help drive growth across a portfolio of assigned markets and brands. Reporting to the Paid Social Lead of Campaign Operations, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing paid social campaigns to hit acquisition and efficiency goals, with a strong focus on day-to-day performance management and continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll work across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snap, turning insights into actions that improve results. You’ll collaborate closely with local marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are well planned, well executed, and consistently optimized.

What you’ll do

  • Hands-on campaign execution & optimization: Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap (and additional platforms as needed), following best practices in structure, pacing, bidding, and budget allocation.
  • Performance management & reporting: Monitor performance daily/weekly, manage budgets responsibly, and share regular updates and insights on what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.
  • Market & brand delivery: Support performance outcomes for your assigned markets/brands by executing plans effectively and proactively identifying optimization opportunities to reach targets.
  • Operational excellence: Contribute to improving processes, QA standards, and tool usage to make paid social execution more efficient, scalable, and consistent.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with local marketing, creative, and paid social workstream leads to align campaigns, share insights, and coordinate execution across the full funnel.
  • Broader initiatives: Support team projects such as automation improvements, testing roadmaps, or cross-channel learning agendas.

What you’ll bring

  • A strong academic background in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience driving results in paid social across Meta, TikTok, Snap (experience with Smartly is a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimization levers (e.g., CAC/CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPM) and comfort working with data to make decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional partners and share clear performance updates
  • A proactive, accountable self-starter who takes ownership of execution quality and continuously looks for ways to improve performance
