Experience: 4+ years performance marketing experience in e-commerce | Full-time
We are looking for someone who can take full control of international paid social campaigns and scale them beyond limits. In this role, you own campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and beyond, managing a €2M/month ad spend. You turn bold ideas into high-performing campaigns and push performance through rapid experimentation and strategic thinking.
You collaborate closely with creatives, performance marketers, and agencies to bring ideas to life fast and effectively. You have the freedom to test, the ownership to scale, and the resources to execute. This is not about maintaining performance — it’s about building and growing it.
You lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of paid social campaigns across multiple markets and channels. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to launch, test, and optimize campaigns that convert and scale.
You translate insights into action — from audience research and creative briefing to landing page testing and performance optimization. You continuously experiment, analyze results, and turn learnings into scalable growth opportunities.
