We are now looking to strengthen our Legal team with a Paralegal who will help us manage and improve legal operations and support our lawyers across various corporate, commercial, and compliance areas. You’ll be part of a dynamic, business-minded legal function that works closely with teams across Wolt and DoorDash.

We expect you to already have some work experience from working in an international setting involving legal topics.

We’re looking for the person to join our team at our Helsinki office.

What you’ll be doing

As Wolt’s Paralegal, you’ll play an important role in supporting our global Legal team. Your work will include a mix of ongoing operational tasks and improvement projects. Such tasks may include:

• Corporate and subsidiary governance
• Maintaining company records and registers across Wolt’s entities.
• Preparing and coordinating board and shareholder documents, PoAs and filings.
• Supporting annual compliance and audit processes.
• Supporting and managing KYC and signature processes.
• Compliance and legal operations
• Supporting compliance initiatives, assisting in case handling and managing compliance tools.
• Managing documentation, templates, and workflows to ensure legal team efficiency.
• Administrative and financial coordination
• Coordinating invoice and billing processes with the finance team and external law firms. Supporting in vendor onboarding.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate records in our legal systems.
• Cross-functional and project support
• Working closely with lawyers and stakeholders across different functions (Finance, Compliance, People, etc.) on recurring and ad hoc projects.
• Helping to improve internal processes and tools for the legal team.

Our humble expectations

• Some prior experience as a legal assistant, paralegal or in a similar role — ideally in an international company or law firm.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, structured way of working.
• Great communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working with many stakeholders across the company.
• Fluency in English (Finnish or other languages are a plus).
• Experience with legal systems or tools (e.g. entity management or document management systems) is a plus.
• Experience from using AI solutions to gain efficiencies in work. 

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on person who enjoys supporting others, building structure, and finding better ways of doing things. You don’t need to know everything on day one — curiosity, initiative, and a can-do attitude will take you far at Wolt.
