ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIPS TEAM:

From Apple, Starbucks, and Bank of America, to Balmain, Fiat, and Panasonic, the Partnerships team lies at the center of (RED)’s mission, building relationships that drive significant contributions to the Global Fund. In this role, the Partnerships Fellow will help build and manage impactful partnerships. 

 IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Support internal management of select partners, including taking meeting notes and supporting the partnership team with next steps and follow-ups.
  • Assist with the planning & activation of marketing plans for our tent-pole campaigns or other activations during this timeframe, such as Q4 (Oct-Dec) 
  • Compiling ‘Partners in the Press' weekly emails, research projects and continually monitoring partner portfolio
  • Assist in tracking of social & digital coverage of partners on (RED) channels and reporting to the partnerships team 
  • Management of the (RED) team marketing calendar  
  • Draft biweekly board updates, quarterly partner emails or other general partner communications and (RED) lines monthly newsletter
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation activities around partner and prospective partner campaigns
  • Lead on tracking and recapping partner activity, which may include Q4/WAD activations or other digital activations
  • Inputting partner-specific data + documents into Salesforce and Google Drive for the partnerships team
  • Helping create internal/externally facing decks for partner meetings, brainstorms, strategy proposals, recapping campaigns, etc. 
  • Assist with special event planning and logistics for partner-related events
  • Assist in managing partner product inventory, product seeding, product ordering, and ensure accuracy of product on-shelf list

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • December 2025 or May 2026 graduates
  • Adept at Keynote, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent writing and research abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Discretion and a professional demeanor
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Well-informed on business and pop culture
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus

 

FELLOWSHIP OVERVIEW: 

Through (RED)’s post-college Fellowship Program, fellows will achieve professional and personal goals, all while becoming advocates for (RED) and our fight against injustices. 

Fellows will have the unique opportunity to work on team projects, develop strong relationships with mentors across each department, and participate in professional development workshops.

Candidates must be a December 2025 or May 2026 college graduate. The fellowship will run from June 8th 2026 through April 30th, 2027. Fellows must have close proximity to NYC to be in the office 1-3 days a week and be online Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm EST.

  • Fellows will be paid $20/hour
