You will join our payroll team and play a key role in strengthening our internal payroll expertise while helping us build clear, scalable processes across multiple locations.
Challenges that await you:
- Manage payroll for 130–180 employees in Cyprus using a specialized payroll system
- Calculate taxes and social contributions accurately
- Prepare and submit payroll and tax declarations on time
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, deductions, and payments, explaining complex cases in a simple and clear way
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including People Partners and Recruiters, on non-standard payroll cases (contract changes, bonuses, relocations, part-time work, start/end dates, etc.)
Manage processes with external providers:
- Oversee employee assistance with individual tax declarations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Control payroll processing for 1–2 additional locations under Cyprus (potentially Serbia/Georgia), ensuring timelines are met, data is accurately transferred, and employee questions are answered
What makes you a great fit:
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 1–2 years in Cyprus
- Practical experience calculating taxes and social contributions in Cyprus
- Experience working with payroll systems
- Ability to handle large volumes of employee queries efficiently
- Strong communication skills to explain complex payroll calculations clearly
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle non-standard payroll cases
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking employees
Your bonus skills:
- Payroll experience in large companies, including reporting preparation, or 4+ years of payroll experience specifically in Cyprus
