As a Clinical Manager – SNU Adults & Pediatrics, you’ll lead a team of nurses, ensuring safe, high-quality care, supporting professional growth, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
This office provides best in class care throughout Monmouth County.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of SNU nurses and support staff.
- Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and skills validation for new clinical staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving for complex care scenarios.

What You Bring
Required:
- Current RN license in New Jersey (multi-state/compact license preferred).
- 2+ years of recent clinical RN experience in high-acuity care (SNU, ICU, PICU/NICU, LTACH, or similar).
- Experience with adult OR pediatric populations; willingness to cross-train.
- Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
- Comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time role: exempt
- Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
- Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
- Participation in on-call rotation as needed
