Set in a working olive grove, Farmhouse Ibiza brings all the things we love about Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire to members living and visiting the White Island including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.


 

The Role…

We are looking for a Seasonal People Admin to support the people operations in Ibiza. The People Admin will work with and report directly to the People Partner.

This is a fast-moving business so we are looking for the right individual to be autonomous and be able to pick up multiple tasks and projects at once. The role requires the right balance between understanding business strategy/objectives, and being able to deliver the principles in a people capacity.

 


Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 years of HR experience in a fast paced and professional environment
  • People oriented person.
  • Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute
  • Able to effectively manage different stakeholders and be persuasive
  • Breadth of experience across the entire HR function
  • Fluency across a variety of HR disciplines, e.g. organisational development, leadership and talent development, HR administration and diversity and inclusion
