People Partners (Execution)
Reports to: Director, Global People Partner Delivery
Scope: Forntline HR delivery
Role Overview
The People Partner serves as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within an assigned region or
function. This role executes core people programs and provides coaching and guidance on everyday HR matters.
Core Accountabilities
Manager Support & Coaching: Serve as the primary HR contact for managers within the assigned scope. Guide
managers through performance conversations, development discussions, and team challenges. Ensure managers
set expectations, document decisions appropriately, and follow company standards.
Talent Process Execution: Execute company-wide people processes including performance reviews, calibration,
promotions, compensation cycles, and engagement actions. Prepare managers for each cycle, ensure timely and
accurate inputs, and enforce policy alignment. Track completion, resolve gaps, and escalate exceptions.
Employee Relations: Handle first-line ER matters and apply company policy consistently. Conduct investigations
within defined scope and maintain compliant documentation. Identify legal or reputational risk early and escalate
to ER/Legal when appropriate.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Partner with HR Operations to ensure onboarding, job changes, leaves,
performance actions, and offboarding processes are completed accurately and on time. Ensure required
documentation is complete and aligned with policy and local law.
Total Rewards: Support the consistent application of company compensation programs in partnership with Total
Rewards. Guide managers on the proper execution of compensation cycles, promotion approvals, pay changes,
and timekeeping standards. Reinforce adherence to wage and hour requirements, including exempt/non-exempt
classifications, overtime practices, and local statutory pay regulations.
Policy Application: Ensure accurate files and employee records and maintained. Apply company policy and local
labor law consistently in day-to-day decisions. Identify recurring issues and raise process improvement
opportunities to the Director, People Partners Delivery.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of HR generalist, HR Ops or COE experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience supporting managers through performance, compensation, ER, and people cycles.
• Experience operating within a COE-driven HR service delivery model.
• Strong judgment with appropriate risk escalation discipline.
• High execution rigor with consistent documentation standards.
• Clear communicator with solid business and operational acumen.
