We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition. This person will be responsible for planning, launching and optimizing campaigns with clear ownership over performance metrics.
This is a high-accountability role. You will not only manage campaigns, but also contribute to strategy, testing frameworks, and cross-functional alignment.
Challenges that await you:
- Own campaign execution and performance across multiple ad platforms.
- Monitor and improve core metrics such as CAC, CVR, CTR, and volume
- Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Understand and optimize acquisition based on unit economics and funnel performance
- Identify performance drivers and translate insights into action
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to improve ad effectiveness
- Work with analytics and product teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Proactively surface risks and opportunities
What makes you a great fit:
- Minimum 3 of experience managing paid campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive measurable growth
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and experimentation
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
- Clear and direct communicator
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a strong plus
