We are seeking a Preowned Data Entry Clerk to join our team as we continue to change the industry.

The Preowned Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the data entry and preparation of vehicles for sale. This involves both outward facing and internal documents. Additional duties include basic excel reporting and inventory management responsibilities. This position requires good communication skills with internal service advisors, photographers and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Thorough document preparation and attention to deal.
• The ability to prioritize tasks to make sure all daily projects are complete by end of business.
• The ability to compile and maintain basic excel reports.
• Basic computer skills to organize photos and upload to 3^rd party websites.
• The ability to learn our internal systems to check on vehicle reconditioning.
• Physically recognizing equipment and features on vehicles.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of confidential personal information of our customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous clerical experience preferred
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy
