As demand for high‑quality BIM management continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a Principal BIM Information Manager to join our business. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how BIM is delivered across multiple projects, disciplines and clients, ensuring consistency, compliance and technical excellence at every stage. Working alongside our multidisciplinary teams, you’ll influence how digital information supports design quality, safety, cost efficiency and long‑term asset value.

About You
As a Principal BIM Information Manager, you will bring significant experience in managing BIM delivery on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects. Your background may span engineering, architecture, digital construction, or information management, but what sets you apart is your ability to combine management, technical rigour and commercial awareness.
You’ll be confident in managing multiple priorities, guiding BIM Information Managers, and building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You understand the importance of delivering high‑quality information that meets industry standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.
