The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and an interest in creative production who’s ready to grow and take on more responsibility.

You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing productions with different levels of complexity. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that weekly production schedules are planned efficiently and budgets and deadlines are met. You closely collaborate with the creative teams ensuring they have everything they need to deliver high-end photographic output as well as internal and external stakeholders to make sure the requirements are met and processes are followed.

Responsibilities of this role will include initiating and overseeing projects from a creative and strategic standpoint, ensuring alignment across all related aspects.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate pre-production, production and post-production stages for internal and external photo-shoots 
• Plan weekly studio production schedules for productions with varying complexity,  ensuring smooth studio operations and efficient workflows
• Clarify open questions around creative briefings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
• Coordinate 3rd party vendors, internal and external talent, production and creative partners 
• Collaborate with creative teams within the Studio and the wider Brand team to deliver high-end assets/creatives across different photography formats
• Establish, manage and clearly communicate overall timelines, project deliverables and resourcing needs related to production ensuring deadlines are met

What you’ll bring

• You have 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant producing role, preferably in company, agency or commercial studio setup
• You have experience working with a number of stakeholders, across different teams, functions and seniority levels
• You have outstanding knowledge of production flow and can manage photo productions of different complexities and scales, including budgets
• You can navigate agile process management systems and have a solid understanding of briefing requirements for creative teams
• You have experience working with content for social media platforms and have a good grasp on paid advertising
• You understand post-production and can coordinate final stages on a variety of media project types.
