Cards Portfolio team:

We're the youngest bank in Mexico - and we're building from scratch.
You won't be maintaining spreadsheets for someone else's decisions. You'll own a product, propose your own ideas, run experiments, and see the results in real customers' hands. Fast.

 

Challenges that await you:

• Use your analytical skills to design top-tier financial products
• Develop a deep understanding of how our debit and credit products work end-to-end — you need to know the mechanics of what we’ve built before you can improve it.
• Keep in mind that your work has an influence both on clients’ experience and business profitability: every insight, test, or feature you ship has a measurable impact.
• Design and monitor performance metrics for debit and credit card products
• Analyze conversion funnels, customer behavior, and in-app actions to find growth opportunities
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses that shape product decisions
• Build dashboards and reports that make complex data easy to act on
• Identify bottlenecks in profitability and propose concrete improvements
• Work on new features from zero - research, define, measure, iterate
• Conduct in-depth research and investigations

 

What makes you a great fit:

• Math, engineering, or technical degree (or equivalent analytical track record)
• Passion for a mathematical approach to solving tricky problems
• Readiness to own the process end-to-end, from idea to delivery
• Comfortable with hypothesis testing - you know when to use a t-test vs a z-test and why
• Able to turn data into a clear story and present it confidently
• Ready to take initiative, not just execute tasks
• English B1+ - enough to collaborate and communicate in writing
• Eager to give and receive direct, constructive feedback
