Product Analytics Lead (ATM)

We are launching our first ATM network in Mexico and are looking for a Product Analytics Lead to build and own the entire analytical function for this product from scratch. 

 

This is a unique opportunity to shape how data drives one of the most operationally complex and high-impact parts of our business – from customer behavior to cash logistics and unit economics. You will define the analytical roadmap for ATMs for years to come.

 

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end analytics for the ATM product, enabling data-driven decisions across product, operations, and economics
• Drive product and growth analytics: understand customer behaviour and optimise ATM placement strategy
• Own unit economics: build models, track performance, and identify efficiency levers
• Lead operational analytics: ensure transparency and control over cash flows and develop models for optimal cash levels, timing, and logistics
• Partner with business stakeholders, turning ambiguous problems into actionable insights and decisions
• Build and scale processes, run experiments, and improve operational efficiency
• Hire and lead a team of analysts, establishing strong execution and analytical culture

What makes you a great fit:

• A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking
• Advanced SQL skills are a must; Python or R is a significant plus for complex research
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks
• Experience in building processes and scaling them in fast-paced environments
• English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community
