About this role

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join a new team. We are developing a new banking platform to revolutionize financial solutions in Mexico — a market with millions of businesses in need of modern, efficient banking services.
 
Challenges that await you:
  • Work intensively on building a brand-new product from scratch
  • Design end-to-end user flows for business clients on both mobile and web platforms
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform design decisions, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels
  • Deliver to our design system to support scalable, high-quality design
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, balancing user needs with business goals
What makes you a great fit:
  • 4+ years of experience in product design for both mobile and web, in fintech, or SaaS
  • A strong portfolio showcasing B2B-related products, or similarly complex financial tools
  • Experience working in high-growth product teams with fast iteration cycles
  • Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
  • A mindset that combines system thinking with a user-first approach
  • Strong UX thinking and the ability to clearly explain design decisions
  • You think critically, iterate fast, and don’t settle for the first idea — especially when you know there’s a stronger one just around the corner
