
Own the iGaming product roadmap;
Define and execute product vision aligned with growth, retention, and monetisation goals;
Improve the end-to-end user journey to drive engagement and long-term retention;
Identify opportunities and validate hypotheses using data, user behaviour, and market insights;
Run experiments (A/B testing) and scale successful solutions;
Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Payments, BI & Analytics, Design, and other teams;
Define product requirements and ensure high-quality, timely delivery;
Monitor competitors’ products, unique selling propositions (USPs), bonus strategies, and features to identify market opportunities and maintain competitive advantage;
Monitor product performance and continuously optimise based on data and user feedback;
Ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.
Solid experience in Product Management within high-load B2C products, where speed, metrics, and customer experience are critical;
Understanding of iGaming products, including casino mechanics, bonus systems, loyalty programs, and core product metrics;
Strong analytical skills — ability to break down funnels, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions;
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (business, design, engineering, analytics);
High level of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously;
Systems thinking — ability to see the bigger picture and understand product interdependencies;
Upper Intermediate English (spoken and written).
