We are looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of building and scaling our mass hiring operations in Colombia as a product.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing the end-to-end hiring process — from candidate acquisition to onboarding — as a structured, data-driven, and scalable system. The goal is to build from scratch a manageable and high-performance hiring engine that enables the company to grow and achieve its business targets on time.
This role sits at the intersection of product management and operational process design, with a direct impact on business growth and execution capacity.
Challenges that await you:
- Building and developing the end-to-end mass hiring process in Colombia
- Designing the selection process considering legal requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Continuously improving hiring processes, defining bottlenecks, formulating and validating hypotheses to improve key metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rate, etc.)
- Managing the process in conditions of high uncertainty and adapting it to changing business demand
- Managing acquisition channels and optimizing the hiring funnel: conversion rates, cost, and efficiency
- Working closely with the execution hiring team to implement improvements and best practices
- Collaborating with HR automation and HR analytics teams to implement required tools
- Partnering with product teams, business stakeholders, and the Head of Operational Recruitment

- Experience in mass hiring / acquisition (e.g. couriers, drivers, operational staff) or similar high-volume funnel products
