We are looking for a Product Manager to own and develop our internal web platform — a site builder used to create and manage all external pages, including product landing pages, career sites, and investor pages.
The platform has already launched, and now we are entering the next phase: scaling it across the company, improving performance and reliability, and enabling teams to build and manage pages without bottlenecks.
This role sits at the intersection of platform development, performance optimization, and stakeholder management, with a direct impact on how fast we go to market and how our product is presented externally.
Challenges that await you:
- Build and evolve the long-term vision of the internal site builder platform
- Own and prioritize the platform backlog, including components, analytics tools, localization, versioning, and preview features
- Drive the migration of all public-facing pages to the new platform
- Reduce time-to-market by improving page creation and publishing workflows
- Design and implement roles and permissions to enable self-service for internal teams
- Improve web performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals (FCP, LCP, TTFB)
- Fix and scale analytics tracking to ensure reliable data collection
- Run competitive benchmarking across SEO, UX, and performance and translate insights into improvements
- Develop personalization and segmentation capabilities within the platform
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (product teams, HR, marketing, legal, etc.) and manage expectations
- Establish clear processes for launching landing pages and running A/B tests
- Drive adoption of the platform through documentation, training, and scalable processes
- Ensure delivery of key initiatives, including product launches, regulatory pages, and legacy system decommissioning

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel initiatives
