About the role:

As a Product Operations Analyst (Process & Intake), you will support the BEES intake process by receiving demands, problems, and business needs from markets, then organizing, documenting, and transforming them into clear and comparable business cases using data and KPIs to assess impact and value, enabling transparent, data-driven prioritization. You will ensure end-to-end visibility and help transform inputs from markets, product, and commercial teams into structured data, clear reporting, and actionable insights.

What you'll do:

  • Support the intake process for ABI mature markets, ensuring business cases are properly documented, structured, and tracked.
  • Ensure strong process documentation and knowledge management, centralizing information in shared tools.
  • Consolidate and analyze data related to business cases, product initiatives, and market requests.
  • Evaluate and model the expected OKR impact of proposed business cases to support quantitative prioritization decisions.
  • Structure, collect, and consolidate market satisfaction survey results regarding the intake process, ensuring visibility of opportunities and generating persona-based findings.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive-ready materials that clearly communicate insights and performance.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in a field related to the role;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize complex information into structured insights;
  • Experience working with SQL/Python (recommended), Excel and Power Point;
  • Understanding process tracking, data analysis, or program support;
  • Solid documentation and process organization skills;
  • Familiarity with product or digital environments;
  • Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through;
  • Analytical & Structured Thinking: Ability to connect data points, identify patterns, and support decision-making;
  • Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities;
  • Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
