What Will You Do?

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with extensive R&D experience to lead our projects and manage relationships with our partners. As a Project Manager, you will guide the engineering team, including system engineering, and play a key role in defining technical strategies. You will be involved in major architectural and strategic decisions that shape the growth and evolution of our teams and technical interfaces with clients.

  • Lead all aspects of the project, from kick-off to delivery.
  • Oversee the development process and ensure business value delivery.
  • Manage the R&D project Gantt chart and budget.
  • Assist in implementing visions of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, HQ R&D, and supply chain teams, including subsidiaries in the US, Germany, Sweden, and other locations.
  • Lead technology implementation with strategic partners such as OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and infrastructure companies.
  • This position includes occasional international travel for short business trips.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Development Project Manager in a multidisciplinary company.
  • Proven experience in either direct people management or matrix management
  • Proven track record in managing diverse, high-budget development programs involving mechanical, electronic, and software components.
  • Hands-on experience in leading complex system integration processes.
  • Strong expertise in requirements management and technical aspects of product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver according to project schedules.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry - an advantage.
  • Engineering degree - an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment - an advantage.
