Overview

Want a role where you can oversee enterprise-level projects in the fast-paced tech industry? This position is your opportunity to manage a slate of diverse projects of all scopes and sizes for a global organization.

What will you be doing?

As a Program Manager, your role is to work across cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and external partners—to ensure multiple related initiatives move forward in alignment. You will define goals, manage dependencies, communicate strategy, and adapt execution plans in a fast‑moving, multi‑threaded software development environment. You’ll operate in a space where authority is exercised through influence, collaboration, and proactive communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and moving in the same direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple related initiatives with shared dependencies
  • Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to define program goals, success metrics, and execution plans
  • Managing a portfolio of technical initiatives spanning software development, system integrations, and platform enhancements
  • Driving alignment across teams and business units with differing priorities through influence and collaboration
  • Applying strong technical judgment (architecture, design, dependencies) to anticipate risks and sequencing challenges
  • Translating technical tradeoffs and constraints into clear, actionable communication for business and leadership audiences
  • Monitoring progress, surfacing risks, and proactively communicating updates and adjustments to stakeholders
  • Adapting plans as priorities evolve while maintaining momentum and cross‑team alignment
  • Maintaining program documentation, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on outcomes

OK, I'm interested... is this the job for me?

We’re looking for people who value agility, collaboration, and impact—those who can connect strategy to execution and bring people together around shared goals. This role is for someone who is comfortable navigating complexity, influencing across teams, and driving outcomes in a dynamic, software‑driven environment.

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Program Management within a technology or software‑driven environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple related initiatives across teams or business units
  • Strong technical background with hands‑on experience partnering with engineering teams in active software development environments
  • Knowledge or hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, influence without authority, and align technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with Global engineering and product teams to assess feasibility, dependencies, and delivery risk
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and modern software delivery models
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and/or Planner, JIRA, GitHub
  • PMP, PSM, or Certified Scrum Master certifications are a plus
