About the Role

This program management role sits at the core of how talent programs are executed at DoorDash. As we scale globally, you will help ensure our talent and rewards processes run smoothly, on time, and with a high degree of accuracy. You will manage day-to-day execution, coordinate across teams and time zones, and help keep complex workstreams on track.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building structure, improving how things work, and learning how large-scale talent programs operate. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and make processes more efficient over time.

You will report into the Senior Manager of Talent & Rewards Cycles.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Own project management plans for talent and rewards cycles, including timelines, RAID tracking, and follow-ups to keep workstreams on track
  • Coordinate across stakeholders and time zones to ensure clear communication and consistent execution of talent processes
  • Execute operational workflows with a high degree of accuracy, including managing manual processes and data updates across systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to support communications, including scheduling sends, maintaining distribution lists, and ensuring calendars are up to date
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and apply automation (including AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini) to improve efficiency over time

  • You have 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field
  • You have experience supporting cross-functional projects and keeping detailed workstreams organized and on track
  • You have experience using or experimenting with AI tools / Agent building to automate tasks or improve workflows
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in executing against timelines and processes
  • You are motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to improving how teams operate in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$85,000—$125,000 USD
