Reporting to the Sales Manager – Fixed Plant, this role provides day‑to‑day leadership and coordination of site‑based condition monitoring activities. As the senior on‑site representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships while working closely with Sales and Engineering teams to translate inspection findings into value‑adding, engineered solutions. You will also capture performance trends, competitive product intelligence, and site insights to support commercial and technical strategies.
The role includes mentoring, guiding, and developing team members and contractors, promoting safe work practices, capability growth, and continuous improvement.
