We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to work within our team focused on building an industry-leading platform that helps restaurants drive guest engagement, boost retention and fuel growth. The team will help shape the future of how restaurants use technology to connect with their guests - increasingly through AI-powered tools and experiences that drive automation, personalization and smarter decision-making. You will be a key part of a high-impact, high-ownership engineering team solving complex challenges in a fast-moving product space. Your engineering leadership will be balancing technical excellence alongside a strong product mindset to solve for continuous growth within both the team and our product space.

Our Tech Stack
From a QA perspective, you will work with tools such as Android Studio, Claude, GitHub, Postman, TestRail, Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Toast’s products span Android POS devices, backend services, and web applications, providing opportunities to test across mobile, API, and web layers. Our systems are built on a modern, service-oriented architecture using REST and GraphQL APIs, with cloud infrastructure on AWS. You’ll gain exposure to modern architectures and cloud-based systems, while building strong foundations in functional and exploratory testing.
