As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will act as the strategic driver for quality integrity across the vendor network. You are responsible for designing the audit framework, managing senior-level stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that the Quality Assurance team effectively identifies and mitigates risk within vendor operations.
You Will:
- Lead the Audit the Auditor program to ensure global consistency in policy enforcement.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex quality disputes and policy interpretations between Roblox and vendor partners.
- Analyse large-scale quality data sets to provide executive-level insights on vendor performance and platform health.
- Design and implement calibration standards that align vendor quality outcomes with Roblox internal benchmarks.
- Mentor and develop Quality Assurance Associates to improve their technical auditing and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate with Policy and Product teams to ensure quality rubrics are updated in real-time as platform features evolve.
You Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, quality management, or audit, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a trust and safety environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale BPO quality operations and implementing process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in quality auditing or risk management are preferred.
- Data fluency (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) and proficiency in SQL or complex spreadsheet modeling.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external vendor executives.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
