  • Drive problem‑solving activities with the Launch team, validate solution implementation through Gemba walks, and ensure long‑term sustainability
  • Lead containment and root‑cause resolution for internal quality issues identified through Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Lucid Customer Product Audits
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by leading 0MiS, 3MiS, 6MiS, and similar quality findings, including containment and corrective actions, in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing
  • Ensure readiness and approvals for New Parts Introduction (NPI), including trials, part change management, and PPAP approvals
  • Track and monitor Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) within PLM or equivalent systems

You Bring

  • 5+ years of overall quality or manufacturing experience (post-graduation)
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting a greenfield OEM environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and gain alignment across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
  • Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
  • Experience leading complex quality issues and communicating effectively at all organizational levels
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus
