Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Manager to support the Real Estate and Workplace Services teams of the company. This role will partner closely with both teams on workplace operations and office-related projects, including the management of day-to-day office operations, facilities-related projects, and cross-office support initiatives including office decommissions, employee moves, furniture installations, access control systems, and security oversight.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to travel, comfortable working on-site (including with facilities-related technology), and eager to grow their real estate, facilities, and project management expertise in a multi-office environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Facilities & Office Operations

  • Support daily operations and upkeep of the company’s headquarters in St. Louis, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace
  • Assist in coordination of vendors for maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, security, and other facility-related needs
  • Assist with space planning, furniture moves, and office reconfigurations
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify facility issues and ensure compliance with safety and security standards

Real Estate Management & Cross-Office Support

  • Assist in planning and executing office-related projects across multiple locations, including:
    • Office openings and decommissions
    • Furniture procurement, delivery, and installation
    • Access control and badge system integrations
    • Security system coordination and oversight
  • Manage, track, and report on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; escalate risks or delays as needed
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Security, Workplace Services, Leadership) and external vendors
  • Travel to other offices as required to support on-site execution

Security & Access Systems

  • Support oversight of physical security systems, including access control, cameras, and alarm systems
  • Coordinate office access changes, audits, and vendor support in partnership with IT and Security teams
  • Assist with security-related documentation and compliance requirements

Administrative & Team Support

  • Maintain project documentation, floor plans, vendor contacts, and asset records
  • Assist the Workplace Services team with ad hoc projects and operational needs across all offices
  • Support continuous improvement of workplace processes and standards

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in facilities management, facilities technology, project coordination, workplace operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Comfortable working on-site and traveling to other offices as needed
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Asana, Service Now)
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or facilities service providers
  • Familiarity with access control systems, security vendors, or workplace technology
  • Ability to travel periodically to other office locations
  • Ability to lift and move light office equipment (up to ~50 lbs.)
  • Comfortable walking job sites, offices, and vendor locations

 

The Real Estate Manager is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $65,000-$85,000.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate’s experience and education.
