Recruitment Lead

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Lead;

• At least Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written);

• Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions;

• Confident analytical skills and experience in handling recruitment data;

• Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment;

• Understanding of recruitment metrics, funnels, and SLA standards;

• Experience with job boards, agencies, and external service providers.
