About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team and work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis.
As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Please note: current or recent Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required for this position.

As a BAYADA Registered Nurse you will be prepared to succeed.
• Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online to make sure you feel confident
• Clinical support whenever you need it, 24 hours a day
Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum.
• Monitor clients' conditions
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs
Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:
• A current active Colorado RN nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Additional Information:
- Schedule: Per Diem
- Pay: $55-60 per visit point based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement
