We are currently hiring a Regulatory Filing Customer Relations Specialist in Canada! The main responsibilities of this role will be to process and file Regulatory Filing documents while educating clients to best practices.
What you'll do
- Filing Regulatory Documents
- Answering client questions regarding proper Regulatory methods
- Keeping up to date on proper Regulatory Filing processes
- Working with the team to complete all filings within strict timelines
- Speaking with clients regarding their filings
What you'll bring
- Proficiency in most aspects of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with a proven aptitude for learning new software applications
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction as position entails interaction with high level executives and law firms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Problem solving and good organizational skills
- Manage time wisely with an understanding of urgency
- Prioritize tasks based on pre-determined criteria
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of the News Center process and how it impacts Regulatory Filing would be an asset
- Knowledge of Regulatory Filing concepts would be an asset
- Ability to work well with colleagues
- Dependable and punctual
- A team player as well has a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with aggressive timelines, overtime may be required
- Cover holidays.
Preferred experience
- Post-secondary graduate would be an asset
- Bilingual s strongly preferred
- Database knowledge
- Customer service experience
