🎯 We are looking for a motivated and goal oriented Regulatory Operations Specialist to join our vibrant team and help us deliver top-quality experiences.

🌇 Standard working time: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
🎮 What You’ll Do:
✔️Proactively gather game certificates, Letters of Certification, and RNG proofs from providers for all daily game releases.
✔️Verify that certificates align with the specific technical standards of the destination market
✔️Act as the final gatekeeper; no game goes live until you have personally verified the documentation
✔️Act as the main point of contact for third-party game providers, chasing missing documentation.
✔️Maintain all active certificates. Flag renewals at least 60 days in advance to prevent service interruption.
✔️Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the game is disabled in specific countries at the exact deadline
✔️Ensure the internal compliance database is the "single source of truth" for the status of every game in the portfolio.

✔️Calm & Motivated Team Player: To maintain a steady, professional workflow under tight deadlines.
✔️Lifecycle Management: To handle the full process from market entry to game decommissioning.
