About the role: What's in the Box
At HelloFresh, we’re on a mission to change the way people eat forever. As a Reliability Manager, you will ensure maximum uptime of our production systems while driving a strong culture of reliability, prevention, and continuous improvement. (Only Day Shift - Monday -Friday)
What you’ll do: The Recipe
- Own reliability: Drive the site’s Reliability Plan to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime
- Translate strategy into action: Implement PM & PdM strategies into daily engineering operations
- Solve problems sustainably: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring issues
- Drive performance: Track and improve KPIs such as OEE and MTBF
- Leverage data: Analyze CMMS trends to predict and prevent failures
- Ensure standards: Maintain engineering, safety, and food safety compliance
- Develop your team: Identify skill gaps and drive targeted training and development
- Support growth: Contribute to capital projects and long-term engineering initiatives
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
- Engineering background (degree or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in maintenance, reliability, or automation in a production environment
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in managing technical teams
- Experience with CMMS systems and performance tracking
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
- Passion for continuous improvement and HelloFresh DNA
