Job Title & Role Description:

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Product Manager responsible for leading the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the organization’s revenue cycle technology platform. This role focuses primarily on Elixir, the organization’s revenue cycle platform, and ensures that system capabilities effectively support complex revenue cycle workflows including billing operations, claims management, and financial reconciliation.

The Product Manager will partner closely with revenue cycle leadership, operational teams, external development partners, and internal product and engineering teams to define product requirements, design solutions, and manage delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue cycle processes and the ability to navigate complex technical and operational conversations independently.

This individual will own the revenue cycle product roadmap, balancing operational needs with strategic initiatives while ensuring visibility into project progress, timelines, and outcomes. The Revenue Cycle Product Manager must be comfortable operating in environments with evolving requirements and must proactively introduce structure, prioritization frameworks, and product discipline to support scalable growth.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience working with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems and workflows
  • Familiarity with billing, claims processing, payer interactions, and financial reconciliation processes
  • Experience managing enterprise software products or platforms
  • Ability to translate operational revenue cycle requirements into detailed product specifications
  • Experience working with engineering teams and external developers
  • Ability to independently facilitate complex conversations with both technical and operational stakeholders
  • Strong experience managing product roadmaps and prioritization
  • Ability to track and report product performance metrics and operational outcomes
  • Experience managing scope, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Serve as the primary product owner for the Elixir revenue cycle platform
  • Partner with revenue cycle leadership and operations teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal Product Analysts and Salesforce Developers as well as external development partners to deliver solutions
  • Own and maintain the Revenue Cycle product roadmap aligned with operational and financial priorities
  • Manage intake and prioritization of new requests while maintaining visibility into delivery timelines and dependencies
  • Proactively manage scope, clarify expectations, and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle
  • Track performance metrics and operational outcomes to measure the impact of delivered features
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership through reports and presentations
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure operational readiness for new releases
  • Establish scalable product management processes to support ongoing platform evolution
