Kaseya is looking for a Manager, RevOps Process, Enablement & Deal Desk to lead and scale our deal governance function across APAC. This role is critical in ensuring commercial discipline, pricing consistency, and efficient deal execution across the revenue organisation.

You will own the Deal Desk function, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal to structure, review, and approve deals, balancing speed with risk mitigation and profitability. Alongside this, you’ll drive process optimisation and enablement initiatives to improve how our teams sell and close.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deal Desk Leadership

  • Own and manage the Deal Desk function for APAC
  • Review, structure, and approve complex deals (pricing, discounting, contract terms)
  • Partner with Sales to accelerate deal cycles while protecting margin and compliance
  • Act as the escalation point for non-standard or high-value deals
  • Ensure alignment with global pricing strategies, policies, and approval frameworks

Process Optimisation

  • Design and implement scalable quote-to-cash (QTC) processes
  • Improve deal approval workflows to reduce friction and increase speed
  • Identify inefficiencies across the sales cycle and drive continuous improvement

Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training on pricing, deal structuring, and approval processes
  • Create playbooks and guidelines to empower Sales teams to navigate deals effectively
  • Drive adoption of tools and processes across the revenue organisation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales and Global RevOps teams
  • Align regional processes with global standards while adapting for APAC nuances
  • Provide insights into deal trends, discounting behaviour, and revenue performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations
  • Strong experience with deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation support
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash (QTC) processes
  • Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and CPQ tools
  • Strong commercial acumen — you understand revenue, margin, and risk trade-offs
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
  • Confident stakeholder manager — able to challenge Sales while maintaining strong relationships
