We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and grow our Assistive Care office in Gaithersburg, MD, serving adult clients across Montgomery County and parts of Frederick County. 🌟 What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of both patient care and team leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire field staff to deliver exceptional care
- Conduct in-home client assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Oversee care delivery and ensure the highest clinical standards
- Supervise and support HHAs and CNAs in the field
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing staff training
- Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, engaging workplace culture
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of RN experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team development
