RN Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Manager | North Brunswick, NJ

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 annually

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN) for our NBP office. Pediatric experience is a plus for this role, but it is not required.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager

• Lead and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care to clients.
• Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and support to field staff.
• Review assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with office leadership to support quality, service, and office goals.
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with BAYADA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Help foster a collaborative, accountable, and compassionate team environment.

Qualifications for a Clinical Manager

• Current RN NJ license
• Ability to travel throughout Middlesex County.
• Clinical leadership, case management, or supervisory experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for leading with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time role: exempt                
• Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)                
• Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement                
• Participation in on-call rotation as needed
