This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, client partnership, and integrated media execution, serving as a key architect of high-impact programs across digital, print, social, experiential, and branded content. The ideal candidate combines strong media fluency with business acumen; someone who understands how to translate brand ambition into thoughtful packaging, pricing strategy, and measurable performance outcomes. Success in this role requires a consultative mindset and sharp analytical instincts.

As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning Rolling Stone’s cross-platform capabilities with brand objectives and KPIs
  • Partner with Sales to proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and expand integrated partnerships

  • Lead development of integrated, cross-platform media plans and client-ready proposals that articulate audience value and measurable impact
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Rolling Stone’s product ecosystem, pricing strategy, audience insights, and packaging frameworks
  • Oversee full campaign lifecycle from pre-sale planning through post-sale analysis and optimization
  • Interpret advertising P&Ls and margin dynamics to ensure pricing accuracy and commercial accountability
  • Own client communication and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Ad Ops, and Finance
  • Continuously evolve reporting, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks to drive stronger campaign outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of digital planning, account management, or integrated media strategy experience at a digital publisher or media agency
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret advertising P&Ls, margin targets, and yield considerations
  • Solid understanding of media math, performance KPIs, and inventory dynamics
  • Expertise in cross-platform media planning (digital, social, branded content, print; experiential a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with a consultative, client-facing presence

A good faith estimate of the salary range is $100k - $110k upon hire + bonus. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors).
