The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Rooftop Waiter to join our team during the summer season on our stunning rooftop, offering panoramic views over Amsterdam. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from busy, high‑profile venues and have a natural flair for delivering first‑class service in a vibrant, outdoor setting.
You’ll be reliable, friendly, and enjoy being part of a team that thrives during high‑energy service moments. As part of the Soho House team, your role is to ensure our members have an unforgettable experience every time they visit. With your natural hospitality charm, we offer you a platform to connect, grow, have fun, and truly make an impact—while working in one of Amsterdam’s most iconic rooftop locations.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in hospitality or a service‑based role is essential
- A strong team player who communicates well with colleagues
- Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends

- Salary range above Horeca CAO, from 2511€ to 2718€, based on experience (no your salary when youger than 20 y/o)
- Travel allowance > 7.5km

- In House Experience after completion of contract
- One paid moving day per year
- Two paid volunteering days per year
