As a Sales Agent - Flemish Speaking, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers by making outbound calls to drive activity, retention, and reactivation.
Currently, we are looking for a Sales Agent with Flemish to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Making daily outbound calls and follow ups;
- Assisting new players and current customers to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products;
- Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering
- Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood;
- Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.
Qualifications:
- A passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers;
- A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions;
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis;
- Fluent Flemish and fluent English are required;
- Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.
