As a Hungarian Speaking Sales Agent you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist customers using the site for activity increase, retention and reactivation.
Requirements:
- An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers;
- A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions;
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis;
- Native Hungarian and Fluent English;
- Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making daily outbound calls and follow ups;
- Assisting new and current customers to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products;
- Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering;
- Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood;
- Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.
