Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – General knowledge of Commercial and/or Government construction contracting methods and practices. Demonstrated ability using Primavera (P6) software and understanding of critical path method (CPM). Ability to communicate professionally with Client representatives, project team members, and multinational employees. Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
While the salary range is typically between $80,600- $130,000 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
Education / Experience – Minimum high school diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred. Project controls experience on at least two previous projects of comparable scope and of a value no less than half of the proposed assignment. Prior international and Government contracting experience preferred.
