Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you dedicate yourself to one of our value creation teams where you coach the team towards self-steering, fostering continuous improvement following Scrum best practices. You also contribute to OMP’s agile journey.

You are responsible for:

• Organizing and facilitating the team’s Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the ceremonies are conducted effectively and the team follows Scrum practices.
• Removing blockers for the team by following up on KPIs, leading effective retrospectives, and tracking feedback.
• Coaching the team to adopt Scrum best practices, helping them to improve their self-organization, collaboration, and performance.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, ensuring the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.
• Helping our coaches in the Agile community to facilitate the OMP continuing agile journey.
