Security Expert (m,f,d)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Security Expert (m/f/d) to lead and develop security across ARX Robotics. This role sits at the intersection of site-level operational security and corporate security strategy, requiring both hands-on execution and structured, strategic thinking.

You will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of on-site security operations while contributing to the development of scalable security standards, policies, and risk management practices across the organization.

This position is ideal for someone who can operate pragmatically at site level while progressively shaping a broader, organization-wide security framework.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site security operations, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Investigate and resolve physical security incidents and system failures (e.g. access control issues, alarm triggers)
• Oversee and manage external security service providers
• Act as the primary point of contact for authorities and emergency services
• Develop and maintain emergency response and evacuation procedures

• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal security standards, policies, and frameworks (e.g. access control concepts, zoning models, security guidelines)
• Conduct and support risk assessments across sites and functions
• Support the alignment of security practices across multiple locations, ensuring consistency where appropriate
• Identify and implement scalable mitigation strategies aligned with business growth

• Liaison point for cyber security topics (e.g. risk assessments, penetration testing)
• Support physical and personnel security measures, including CPT where required
• Collaborate with relevant security and (where applicable) counter-intelligence stakeholders

• Produce clear, structured reporting for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Promote security awareness across the organization

 

Your Profile

• Professional experience in security, defence, military, law enforcement, or a related field
• Experience in a hands-on site security role, ideally with exposure to broader organizational or corporate security topics
• Strong understanding of physical security systems and site operations
• Experience with incident response and emergency planning
• Ability to balance operational execution with structured, strategic thinking
• Experience contributing to security processes, standards, or policy development is a strong advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different organizational levels

 

Nice to Have (Advantageous)

• Experience operating in international or complex security environments (e.g. multi-site, EU + Ukraine)
• Background in critical infrastructure security or business continuity management (BCM)
• Experience working in classified or highly regulated environments
• Exposure to personnel security / executive protection
