About the Role

As a Mid-Level Copywriter, you’ll conceptualize, write, pitch, and produce work across a variety of projects. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative, highly skilled, and imaginative writer with strong attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within a nimble, AI-forward team and contribute to impactful creative work, including projects that explore and leverage emerging AI technologies.

In this role, you’ll partner with designers, art directors, account managers, strategists, producers, and other creatives on a wide range of deliverables. You’ll contribute to innovative initiatives that integrate AI into the creative and marketing process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts and copy for integrated campaigns.

  • Contribute to creative ideation and execution for AI-driven marketing initiatives and innovation pilots.

  • Write clear, compelling copy with strong attention to brand voice, tone, and consistency.

  • Work on multiple briefs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities with support from senior team members.

  • Collaborate closely with Account, Strategy, Creative, and Innovation teams on both large- and small-scale marketing projects.

  • Explore and apply AI tools and workflows to support ideation, content development, and experimentation.

  • Edit and proofread copy as needed to ensure quality and clarity.

  • Help develop engaging decks and storytelling for internal and external presentations.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging creative technologies, and the evolving role of AI in marketing and content creation.

About You

The essentials:

  • 3 years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house environment.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple formats (Digital, Video, Social, etc.) and different brand voices.

  • Experience contributing to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.

  • Ability to combine creativity with critical thinking, asking the right questions to strengthen ideas and messaging.

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

  • Interest in AI-driven creative workflows and emerging technologies, and curiosity about how they can enhance the creative process.

  • Ability to jump into different stages of a project—from early concepting to final copy—while delivering high-quality work under deadlines.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to AI-assisted content development, generative AI tools, or experimentation with creative AI workflows.
