Senior Account Manager

Our Sales team is looking for an Account Manager to nurture our contracted clients as part of our GCR Sales team in our Beijing/Shenzhen office. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling enterprise SaaS analytics/platforms to advertisers (ideally mobile), and will be very familiar with complex/strategic sales processes. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced hyper growth company, thrive in nurturing and upselling existing clients and evangelize AppsFlyer as the Attribution Authority.

What you'll do:

  • Own and grow revenue across an assigned portfolio of Growth Market customers

  • Drive customer retention and expansion through proactive account management

  • Build relationships with key business and technical stakeholders within client organizations

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer objectives

  • Support commercial discussions that help clients scale their marketing measurement practices

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and visibility into account growth pipeline

  • Understand customer goals and challenges to position AppsFlyer solutions effectively

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to drive customer outcomes

  • Promote AppsFlyer best practices and platform adoption across assigned accounts

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, customer-facing sales, or revenue ownership roles

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or digital marketing platforms

  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing customer accounts

  • Experience managing mid-market or growth-stage clients in dynamic environments

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify expansion opportunities

  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising and mobile marketing ecosystem

  • Skilled at building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels

  • Data-driven and comfortable working with forecasts, account planning, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented working style

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills

  • Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience or ad monetization experience
  • Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
