What’s the role?

You will design and build automation frameworks and AI-enabled testing capabilities used across multiple teams. This role focuses on engineering scalable systems and tools, not just writing tests—turning real-world workflows into reusable automation and intelligent validation.

How will you make an impact?

  • Design, develop, and maintain shared automation frameworks and platform components used across teams.
  • Build and extend AI-enabled automation solutions, including intelligent validation and test generation.
  • Develop service-level and API automation, ensuring coverage across distributed systems.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous validation at scale.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on backlog-driven platform development.
  • Improve automation efficiency through AI-assisted development, test generation, and analysis.
  • Debug and diagnose issues across automation, services, and system interactions.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 4–8 years of professional software development experience (not just test execution).
  • Strong programming skills in Java or C# with solid object-oriented design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright or similar).
  • Experience building API and service-level automation (REST or event-driven systems).
  • Working knowledge of Python, especially for AI-related workflows or tooling.
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of system design, debugging, and maintainability.
  • Ability to work across teams and contribute to shared platforms and frameworks.

AI & Automation expectations

  • Hands-on exposure to LLMs or AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience applying AI/LLM tools to automate test generation, validation, or analysis.
  • Practical mindset for using AI to solve real engineering problems, not just prompt tuning.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TypeScript-based frameworks (Playwright ecosystem).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience building internal tools, SDKs, or shared libraries.
  • Exposure to observability and debugging tools.
  • Experience working in distributed systems or microservices environments.
